Capezio dance shoe: Do you know what's that?
The Italian shoemaker, Savatore Capezio arrived in the New York City. It was back on the year 1887 and Capezio started repairing theatrical shoes for performers at the Metropolitan Opera House for his livelihood. But creativity did not stop him there and after making an emergency pair of shoes for Jean de Reszke, the Italian shoemaker started making shoes for some of the best ballet dancers. Capezio ballet dance shoe now stands as a name and indeed as an icon in ballet dance statement.
